Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unused and uninstalled
The item must be in its original condition
The item must include all original packaging, hardware, and accessories
The item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale
Return Authorization Required
Before sending any item back, you must contact us to request return authorization.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees
If you choose to return an item instead of accepting a replacement (when applicable), the following may apply:
A 10% restocking fee
Original shipping charges (if applicable)
Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item received)
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. In some cases, a return shipping label may be provided at our discretion.
Return Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be packaged securely using the original packaging materials whenever possible.
Please note:
If a returned part is not packaged properly and is damaged during return transit, the customer may be responsible for the damage.
Claims related to damage caused by improper return packaging may be denied.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Missing parts
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
We may request photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to help process your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale items
Gift cards
Installed or used items
Items returned without original packaging
Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to:
Request a return for the original item (if eligible), and
Place a new order for the replacement item
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval
Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
